Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and recently refurbished bathroom. Tricky access with elevator to 6th floor then curved staircase to 5th floor. Convenient location near laundromat, subway, and shops. Welcoming reception staff and nice view of Eiffel Tower. Free espresso in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were good, charming, and friendly, making my experience even better. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with the Eiffel Tower just a 15-minute walk away and a supermarket conveniently down the road. the hotel was very close to three metro lines, making it easy to explore this city's attractions. I was impressed with the cleanliness, transportation options, and friendly staff at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a metro station just down the road, making it convenient to travel to and from Charles de Gaulle airport using the subway. It is also within a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is a supermarket nearby. This makes it amazing, as it is close to everything.
The communal areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. The rooms have had a superficial makeover, but an upgrade is necessary.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near multiple metro lines, making it easy to explore Paris. The hotel provided a very clean room with AC and a beautiful view of the Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. The area felt safe and quiet, and we enjoyed the nearby Rue Commerce for its delicious baguettes and pastries from Eric Kayser. The helpful front desk receptionist gave us a map and showed us how to navigate the metro lines.
Felt very well looked after, nothing too much trouble.

We booked 1 room at Hotel Splendid and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower. The staff member who assisted us was helpful.
